Shipping

We provide standard delivery inside our service regions. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Tracking details are emailed immediately on dispatch.

Returns

Unused bicycles in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact support to receive a pre-paid return label.

Privacy

Your data security is paramount. We only collect the minimal personal details necessary to process shipping details and send order invoices securely.

Terms of Service

Purchases made on this demonstration site are subject to terms of service. Customers must inspect product details and assembly guides prior to use.

Rider Safety

Safety is our top concern. Adult assembly is required. Children should wear helmet gear and operate their bikes under active parent supervision at all times.

Secure Payments

Payment integrations use standard secure SSL links. Live store credit card transactions are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal checkout servers.
